Continuous Asphalt Plant STANVER "FLOW" for High-Quality Production

The STANVER "FLOW" asphalt concrete plant with a capacity of up to 150 tonnes/hour with the possibility of adding up to 35% of reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) in the production of high-quality asphalt concrete mixes conforming to GOST according to specified technological processes and recipes. The plant is manufactured in mobile version (i.e. it does not require foundations), which allows to move it from one production site to another in a short period of time.

Continuous cycle of operation of STANVER "FLOW" plant provides high productivity and reduction of energy consumption of asphalt-concrete mixture preparation process. The in-house developed software allows to maintain the exact dosage of components, to increase the quality of the produced asphalt-concrete mixture and to reduce the cost of its production up to 10%. More than 80% of component materials and raw materials are of Russian origin.

The use of a special filtering system reduces dust emissions into the atmosphere by 99%.
