It is designed for electric resistance resistance butt welding of low carbon steel, copper and aluminium wires. The machine is AC, stationary, with a cutting device, spring precipitation drive, manual spring clamping and cocking drives, air cooling, there is an annealing mode after welding, 8 stages of regulation.
The main field of application of the machine is drawing production in cable and steel wire-cable industries.
The machine is designed for operation in the following conditions: ambient temperature from +1°C to + 35°C, ambient humidity up to 80% at 25°C, atmospheric pressure from 84.0 kPs (630 mmHg) to 106.7 kPa (800 mmHg).
