Conical Gear Pairs with Circular Teeth for Precision Engineering Applications

Wheel diameters up to 2500 mm. Modules to be machined from 8 to 30. Gear shafts up to 600 mm diameter, length up to 3000 mm.

Technological capabilities of the enterprise allow to perform complex manufacturing of the pair from calculation in the KISSsoft software product to final delivery on the coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and running-in machine. Gear sets are manufactured on CNC lathes, carousels, milling and grinding machines. The teeth are milled on 5-axis CNC milling machines.

This technology makes it possible to produce gear pairs up to the 7th degree of accuracy with the possibility of producing even a single pair. The heat treatment section allows hardening of teeth (cementation + hardening). The CMM allows to measure wheels according to the given design parameters with the provision of a measurement report.

Running-in machine allows you to perform running-in to determine the contact patch in the pair.
