Description

A hardware and software complex of the meeting room (APK) is designed to automate the lawmaking process at meetings of municipal, regional, federal authorities of the Russian Federation and provides a complete technological process for the preparation, conduct and processing of the results of meetings. Specialised AIC software is included in the Unified Register of Russian Computer Programs and Databases. Workplaces of the participants are solidly designed objects with the ability to view several broadcast channels simultaneously in Full HD format.

Viewing of the work order, including documents, resolutions, remarks, results of voting and registrations, etc. is provided. The AIC information system has the ability to integrate with the Customer's information systems.

The AIC provides full anonymity when conducting secret ballots. If necessary, the AIC can provide processing of information containing information constituting state secrets.
