Cone Bottom Non-Ventilated Bunker BZK for Efficient Grain Storage

Purpose: BZP bunkers with cone bottom are designed for operational accumulation and storage of grain, grain waste and other bulk materials, including granulated products. They are part of grain complexes. They serve as a buffer during sorting of grain and seeds.

Design features: BZK bunkers are manufactured with capacity of 20, 35, 50, 65, 90, 160 cubic metres.

They have two variants of discharging from the bottom cone: by gravity into the conveyor or into motor transport. Grain is loaded into the hopper through the spigot of the upper platform. Material of walls and cone of the hopper - general purpose sheet steel 2, 3 mm.

Hopper walls - have stiffening ribs. Assembly - bolted connection. Advantages: On hoppers (closed area of sorting station) it is possible to place a complex of sorting machines for grain processing with aspiration system.

One hopper can take two fractions of grain at the same time, due to the internal partition. The discharge gate can be electrically driven at the customer's request.
