Complex of technological equipment for treatment (washing, rinsing, drying) of external surfaces of passenger cars

VMK-Pna complexes are designed for treatment (washing, rinsing, drying) of external surfaces of passenger cars of long-distance trains before their repair or painting. The operations of applying washing solutions, high pressure washing, rinsing and, if necessary, drying are performed manually.
In order to comply with the norms of water consumption and water disposal, as well as to save water, the complex includes a system of recycling water supply and water treatment.
They are used for manual washing of passenger cars.
During the operation of such complexes there are washing operators who consistently perform the following operations:
- application of the washing solution;
- washing with the help of high-pressure apparatus;
- rinsing;
- drying (if necessary).
The VMK-Pna complex includes movable trestles, which simplify the performance of manual rewashing operations.
