Complex for solution preparation on the basis of UVRM-S-U unit

The complex is designed for preparation of solutions of a given concentration in galvanic shops and other production processes of different industries. It provides automated opening of metal drums, washing out of them reagents, preparation of a solution of a given concentration of up to 1 m.cube, preparation of a solution for neutralisation of melted drums, their neutralisation and rinsing with water. Composition of the complex: - unit UVRM-S-U1; - mortar tank with paddle stirrer and liquid level signalling devices; - neutralisation tank with paddle stirrer and liquid level indicators; - pump for recirculation of the reagent solution; - pump for recirculation of neutralisation solution; - pipework including electrically operated valves and gates; - remote control with operator touch panel (optional).
