Switchgear cabinets are designed to operate as part of switchgear in networks of three-phase alternating current frequency of 50 Hz, rated voltage of 6 or 10 kV with an isolated, earthed through arc-quenching reactor or resistor neutral. Switchgear cabinets are designed to operate under the following environmental conditions:- the highest installation height above sea level not more than 1000 m;- operating temperature range of ambient air from minus 25 to plus 40 C;- relative humidity not more than 75% at a temperature of plus 150 C;- type of atmosphere II according to GOST 15150;- the environment is non-explosive, containing no conductive dust, corrosive gases and vapours in concentrations that destroy materials and insulation.
