The turbine is a single-shaft, two-cylinder unit, located on the same shaft as the generator, consisting of a CVD and a CSND.
The steam distribution of the CVD is nozzle-type, consisting of one stop valve (SC VD) and four control valves (RC VD). VD SC and VD RC are of unloaded type. The flowing part of the DDC consists of a one-blade regulating stage and 14 reactive pressure stages. The operating blades have a T-shaped tail joint design and a one-piece milled band.
The UA rotor is one-piece forged.
The flowing part of the CNDD consists of 16 stages. All stages of active type CSND are located in seven diaphragm cages. Regulation of steam output is carried out by rotary diaphragms. Steam is taken for production needs after the 7th stage of the CSNDD, for heating needs - after the 13th stage of the CSNDD.
SND rotor is combined: one-piece forged in the SD part and with nozzle discs in the ND part.
