Complete Low-Voltage Control Devices for Excavator Drives - NKU-10MK-ESH for Efficient Operation

NKUE-10MK-ESH is designed for power supply of operational control circuits, auxiliary drives and excitation control of motors and generators of main drives of walking excavators with bucket volume up to 15m3 and boom outreach up to 70m. Reversible transistor exciters with microprocessor control (MU) are used for excitation control of main drive motors. Soft start and automatic regulation of excitation current of SDs depending on load are used, it eliminates negative influence of direct starts of SDs on quarry networks. To control the relay-contactor scheme, a distributed microprocessor-based DCS with output to the information panel installed in the control chair (CC) is used. The control panel uses compact joysticks providing smooth change of the task. MU allows - to reduce inertia, improve the quality of regulation and reduce the temperature dependence of the parameters of the main drives, to abandon the adjusting elements.
