Description
The control cabinet of the BROU (fast reducing and cooling unit) provides:
Control and visualisation from 10 inch graphic panels via the Visualisation Screens Menu.
Monitor, record and display vapour inlet and outlet temperatures and pressures.
Monitoring, recording and indication of cooling water pressure and temperature.
Remote and local control of shut-off and control valves actuators.
Control of ROU warm-up.
Control of incoming phases.
Control of the position of thermal relays and automatic devices.
Temperature and pressure regulation in automatic and manual mode.
Archiving of parameters on the computer and in the CSHU (more than 100 hours of continuous recording).
Sound and light signalling.
Sensor monitoring (open circuit, short circuit).
Connection to a computer via RS-485 interface.
Full synchronisation to two PCs (for operator's).
Emergency backup input 380/220/24 and uninterruptible power supply unit 220/24.
