Communication Channel Routers RIM 099.03 for Accurate Time Measurement and Data Collection

RIM 099.03 communication channel routers are designed: -for time measurements in UTC (SU) time scale, time interval measurements; <ul> <li>- for automatic collection and storage of measurement information (metering data) and auxiliary (service) information from a group of metering components (e.g., electricity meters, smart meters, hereinafter referred to as metering devices) that support exchange using the ROSSETI SPODES protocol, IEC 62056-46(2007) (DLMS COSEM, HDLC profile), for further transmission to the upper-level system of the AC on request or sporadically (proactively);</li> <li>for realisation of CPIRE level in the AS;</li> </ul>-to organise a self-organising network; <ul> <li>- to provide a channel for direct access to metering devices;</li> </ul>-to perform configuration of metering devices. Communication channel routers RIM 099.03 are a client for metering devices and a server for access to the database of accumulated data (measurement and service information).
