Description
size 1320x700x1010/1870x700x1010 mm. Sofa 2 and 3 seater. The frame consists of multilayer, moisture-resistant birch plywood 8mm thick, LDSP 22mm, fibreboard 3,2mm.
Assembly is made with a frame bracket. The seat is 40mm PPU, density 30kg/m3. Backrest PPU 20mm, density 22kg/m3.
Sides and backrest are covered with PPU 10mm, density 18kg/m3. Parts of the module are twisted by bolts with hexagonal head M8x90mm. Upholstery material is artificial leather.
The bottom of the module is stuffed with spunbond 60 g/m2. The product is mounted on metal supports H135mm, made of 1.5mm thick steel sheet by laser cutting with subsequent bending and welding. Painting is made by applying polymer powder to the grounded product in an electrostatic field with subsequent curing at T - 180-200°C.
