Combined Raw Fuel Feeder PKST - Efficient Solid Fuel Supply Solutions

Combined raw fuel feeders are designed for feeding and dosing of solid fuel with unsatisfactory bulk properties, prone to sticking and smearing. Combined raw fuel feeder is a welded metal construction and includes the following units: feeder body, feeder drive, conveyor, conveyor drive. The feeder is installed under the raw fuel hopper and provides uninterrupted fuel delivery from the hopper and uniform movement of material in the hopper along its entire cross-section. The design of the feeder excludes jamming, hanging and decanting of fuel in the hopper. The productivity in the combined feeder is regulated in two ways: setting adjustment by means of layer regulator and continuous automatic adjustment by means of change of electric motor speed. At the customer's request, the feeders can be produced with both right and left drive arrangement at the metering unit and conveyor.
