CNC Machining Center PR522F4 for Precision Drilling and Milling

The horizontal boring machine with CNC model PR522F4(MF4) is designed to perform the following technological operations:

boring and reaming of holes;
milling of planes, grooves, ledges, including contour milling of surfaces;
volume milling;
drilling, reaming, centring and countersinking of holes;
thread cutting in holes with taps and chisels;
surface turning, machining of annular grooves and face trimming when equipped with a removable faceplate;
machining of bodies from four sides, and when equipped with an angular milling head - from the fifth side.
Equipping the machine with a set of measuring heads and probes from Renishaw gives additional functionality - the implementation of measuring modes, which provides the measurement of parts with the accuracy of the measuring system of the machine, quick and accurate positioning, control of wear and breakage of tools.
