- The rigid solid cast iron bed, subjected to an artificial ageing process to relieve internal stresses, guarantees long-lasting stability of the geometric accuracy of the machine.
- Wider (up to 510 mm) prismatic and flat slideways, hardened to a depth of 1.5-2 mm to a hardness of 52HRC and ground, ensure high durability.
- The surfaces of the travelling units (carriage, tailstock) are scraped and coated with a special anti-friction coating for low wear and friction-free travelling.
