Mesh bonded nonwoven fabric is made of polyester, or viscose staple twisted fibres, or a mixture thereof, with the addition of a binder based on synthetic copolymers.
For the production of such nonwoven fabrics, a canvas of staple fibres is first formed by carding, followed by application of a synthetic binder and bonding of the canvas by drying with hot air in an oven.
