Model shows realistically a patient sitting facing the back of a chair, arms on the backrest, head extended at the forearm, accurate anatomical position, scapula, rib bone, intercostal, spinous process easily touched.
Percussion bilaterally posteriorly to confirm the puncture site
Ideal puncture site: [bilateral] scapular line, middle axillary line, posterior axillary line, all can realise thoracentesis, give full play to the patient's simulated value in use
Electronic control: when performing puncture, require needle puncture vertical puncture along the upper border of the lower rib, sound prompts for incorrect puncture
Skin and punctured capsule spaces are replaced.
