Cerium (III) fluoride for vacuum spraying, TU 20.59.59-008-38857157-2023. It represents tablets or targets of white colour in the form of cylinders with height from 4 to 30 mm and diameter from 8 to 300 mm or granules with size from 1 to 10 mm. The chemical formula is CeF3.

The area of transparency is 0.3-10 µm. Refractive index n in the film is 1.63. Apparent density is 6.16 g/cm3.
