Centrifugal pump unit type GrT from Russia

Centrifugal ground electric pump unit is designed for pumping abrasive hydraulic mixtures with maximum density of solid particles 1300 kg/m3, temperature from 274 K to 343 K (from 1OS to 7OS), with microhardness of particles up to 9000 MPa. The pump is a centrifugal, horizontal, double-casing, cantilever pump with direct drive from a synchronous motor. The connection of pump and motor shafts is rigid flanged.

The suction connection of the casing is horizontal, the discharge connection can be both vertical and horizontal. The pump rotor consists of a single-entry impeller and a shaft. The rotor is supported by a sliding bearing with forced lubrication.

The seal is gland - or rubber-metal seal with water supply for lubrication. The flow parts are made of wear-resistant alloy.
