Central extraction umbrellas are designed to be connected to the general ventilation system in catering enterprises - professional kitchens, kitchen workshops, restaurants, cafes, fast-food outlets to clean the air space from steam, grease, dust, eliminate various odours. The design is welded, made of food-grade stainless steel. Umbrellas are equipped with grease traps (labyrinth filters). At the customer's request LED backlighting is installed.
