Cementing unit with mixer - ???-300?40

Cementing unit with mixer, single-pump, three-plunger (high-pressure plunger pump NT-70). It is a universal single-pump unit with recirculation system of continuous preparation and mixing of cement mortars in a mixer, operating on the principle of pneumatic supply of dry cement from a mobile warehouse. The main purpose of the unit is preparation of cement slurries and other technological non-corrosive fluids during cementing, workover and development of oil and gas wells.

The unit can fulfil the functions of a "Bach-mixer" with the possibility to distribute the solution to the ACS2-300x40 unit, it has its own pump for performing simple works on cementing and workover of wells. Technological equipment is located on the chassis of KAMAZ 63501-3025-52 with 8x8 wheel arrangement and KAMAZ 43118 with 6x6 wheel arrangement (variant ???-300?40 without high-pressure pump).
