Two-pump cementing unit with recirculation system for continuous preparation and mixing of cement slurries in the mixer, operating on the principle of pneumatic supply of dry cement from a mobile warehouse.
The main purpose of the unit: injection of cement slurries and other technological non-corrosive fluids during cementing, workover and development of oil wells.
The unit has assemblies and components from the best and proven manufacturers: Weco gate valves, SandMaster centrifugal pumps, Bondioli&Pavesi hydraulic equipment, Boshc pneumatic units, etc., as well as its own system of cement slurry mixing and automatic control of cementing parameters.
