Cascade AP-8 automation processor

The KASKAD AP-8 automation processor (hereinafter referred to as AP-8), which is designed for building automated control systems for technological processes of various complexity.
As part of large distributed automated systems AP-8 serves for data collection from devices of different types by different communication protocols into a single information system and/or data transmission to adjacent and superior systems by standard protocols. Built-in support of programming languages according to GOST R IEC 61131-3 standard allows to implement process control algorithms of any complexity.
When building small automated systems AR-8 can be used without SCADA-system. Realisation of the process control and management process by the built-in web-server makes it possible to build stable distributed systems capable of operating autonomously in case of communication loss.
