Carbon Dioxide Fire Suppression System "SOM" for Machine Rooms and Generators

Sud carbon dioxide fire extinguishing system is designed for extinguishing fires with carbon dioxide by volumetric method in engine rooms, boiler rooms and pump rooms, rooms of emergency diesel generators and fire diesel pumps, in dry cargo and refrigerator holds, storerooms, production and other rooms stipulated by the Register Rules.The system of carbon dioxide fire extinguishing "Som" consists of the following basic elements:- cylinders for carbon dioxide storage;- starting cylinders in cabinets- collectors and manifolds of high pressure;- pipelines (pipes and fittings);- discharge nozzles;- sectional valves with pneumatic drive;- signalling system;- flexible hoses of high pressure;- control and measuring devices.The system is produced under the order. The number of protected premises, objects, system composition is chosen according to the customer's specifications and the rules of the Russian Maritime Register.
