Bed AP1 of panel construction. The width of the mattress for bed AP1 is 1600mm. The body of the bed is formed by the headboard and footboard, connected by longitudinal columns.

The centre longitudinal support is fixed in the middle of the bed. Coniferous lumber bars are fixed on the support and the king posts: on the support - on both sides, on the king posts - on the inner side. A flexible base is laid on the bars, which is a bent glued plates made of husked veneer.

Head and foot backrests of AR1 beds have decorative overlays made of MDF profiles, which are fixed with self-tapping screws, double-sided adhesive tape, screws, glue.
