Butter and spreads production line and its modifications

Designed for the production of butter by converting high-fat cream. The product includes:
- Cream plate pasteuriser;
- Separator of high-fat cream (customer's delivery);
- Pressure tank 100 litres;
- Intermediate tank 100 litres;
- Buttermilk cooler;
- Normalisation bath;
- Oil-forming machine type MO;
- Process table with scales;
- Control panel for oil formers;
- Control panel for line pumps and normalisation baths;
- Tube remelter type PT;
- CIP flow-panel with manual switching.
