The built-in exhaust hood ZVV-6-6/4P-01 with steam condenser is designed for extraction and condensation of exhaust steam by convection oven at catering facilities, as well as air purification from aerosols of fat, oil and industrial odours in closed rooms. The umbrella is installed on the convection oven type KEP-6P-01.
