Bucket elevator RAV 23-170

Bucket elevator RAV 23-170A (width 238 mm, outreach 170 mm, height 152 mm) - American analogue of the bucket HD-MAX 9*6 is used on elevator equipment for transportation of bulk products.
Inter-centre holes are made to order according to the customer's request.
The bucket has a total volume of 2.72 litres, working volume of 2.46 litres, wall thickness of 7.5 mm, which allows to strengthen it and increase its wear resistance.
The weight of the product is 770g.
Advantages of using polymer buckets:
1. explosion safety, as there is no possibility of a spark when the edge of the bucket touches the nori pipe;
2. grain and seeds are not injured due to the elasticity of the bucket edge;
3. energy consumption is reduced due to the low weight of the bucket.
4. adhesion of hard and wet products is excluded due to low adhesion of products to the polymer surface;
5. polymer buckets have considerable rigidity, do not change their geometric shape during operation, are corrosion-resistant and quiet in operation.
