Bucket elevators (elevators) NM-175 (hereinafter referred to as elevators), are designed for vertical movement of grain and grinding products at mills, grits plants, feed mills, etc. The elevators are manufactured according to category 1 of GOST 15150 in climatic version "U". Operating principle of the elevator: the product enters the elevator shoe through the loading sock, the drive through the clutch rotates the drive drum and sets in motion the belt with buckets fixed on it. Passing around the drum of the shoe, the buckets are loaded and lifted to the head of the elevator, where they are unloaded into the discharge spigot under the action of centrifugal force. The elevator is a technical device for continuous conveying with a flexible traction organ in the form of a belt and consists of: head, shoe, receiving sock, drive, smooth elevator pipe, combined elevator pipe, belt, buckets, assembly elevator pipe, upper elevator pipe, elevator pipe.

For the convenience of belt mounting, fixing and replacement of buckets the assembly elevator is used....
