Bridge Crane Support System for Heavy Lifting Applications

The crane bridge consists of two span beams connected to the end beams. On the upper chord of the span girder is fixed the trolley rail, at the ends of which are installed stops to limit the extreme positions of the trolley. On the side walls of the span beams there are platforms with railings for maintenance of the cargo trolley and crane travelling mechanisms.

The load trolley consists of a frame, on which the mechanisms of load lifting and trolley movement are assembled from unified units. The crane bridge consists of a load-bearing I-beam supported by end beams. Electric wire rope hoists are used as load trolleys.

The crane is designed for operation indoors, under a canopy or outdoors (1, 2, 3 according to GOST 15150). There are 3 types of execution possible: general industrial, fire-safe and explosion-proof. Control from the floor, via radio channel or from the cabin.
