Block Compressor Stations for Gas Compression - BKS Type Applications

Block compressor stations BCS are designed for compression of various gases and gas mixtures. The most commonly used gases and gas mixtures in BCS stations are: ambient air; air enriched with nitrogen or oxygen; natural gas; hydrogen and hydrocarbon containing gas mixtures. The basic unit of BCS stations is compressor units, the rest of the equipment of BCS stations is designed to ensure operation of compressor units as part of stations and to ensure comfortable control and maintenance of station equipment. Additionally, BCS stations can be equipped with gas mixture preparation units, gas separation equipment, gas accumulator units, receivers, booster compressors, monitoring and control systems. The design of BCS stations allows their placement on platforms, skids, chassis of special-purpose vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers meeting the requirements in terms of load capacity.
