Shok-20-1/1/1PM blast chiller is designed for quick cooling, freezing and further storage of various food products at catering and trade enterprises.
ShOK-20-1/1/1PM is more than a traditional blast chiller. The cabinet is a multifunctional apparatus for food preparation and storage (blast chilling and preparation for cooking).
