Black Felt Shoulder Insignia (Epaulettes) for Military Uniforms

The shoulder badges are a quadrangle of black cloth with parallel side groans. Dimensions of shoulder badges: height vertically 5,5 cm, width horizontally 7,5 cm. The perimeter of the shoulder badge has a 2 mm wide white frame. In the centre of the shoulder badge along its axis is a small emblem of the Federal Fishery Agency. The shoulder badge (shoulder straps) is embroidered in accordance with the given dimensions and pattern.
