Single row deep groove needle roller bearings with turned rings are equipped with needle rollers. The bearings can support large radial loads with relatively small dimensions and are used in units with limited dimensions in the radial direction. Bearings cannot support axial loads. Needle roller bearings are inferior to conventional roller bearings in terms of permissible rotational speeds, but work well in conditions where one of the rings is rocking, even at high rocking speeds. The bearings are used in bearings with limited diametral dimensions. These bearings are particularly widely used for rocking motion operation in machines and mechanisms of aircraft control systems.
