Description
The tray LP2-600/400. Sheet for baking cabinet (tray) LP-600/400 alumin. (600x400x20 mm) Baking trays (pastry sheets) are used in hot and pastry shops in combi steamers, roasting ovens and rotary ovens.
PischTech tray 600x400x20mm is made of food grade A5 aluminium. The sides are bent to give even greater rigidity. It does not require any additional coating for use.
The PischTech aluminium tray can be used indoors and outdoors in conditions of regulated temperature and humidity, at the same time it should be excluded from direct impact of atmospheric precipitations. Metal thickness - 1,5 mm.
