The pump is designed to convert mechanical energy of drive shaft rotation into hydraulic energy of working fluid flow. The pump is manufactured with or without valve box. The valve box is mounted on the rear cover of the pump and is designed to protect against overloads of the hydraulic system, in which the pump is included.
