Description
The Ge Force HD 4x90 cultivator is designed for:
Continuous milling of the soil to form an even field surface or to form four ridges. It is allowed to cultivate on an unploughed field after a pass of the harrow to the depth of cultivation of the harrow. Depending on the soil condition and tractor power, the cultivation depth is up to 15 cm.
Loosening (milling) of soil in the inter-row width of 90cm. and simultaneous formation of four high-volume ridges with a fine lumpy soil structure after planting potatoes until the emergence of sprouts 5-7cm high. When using a cultivator, the soil should be cultivated with a milling or chisel cultivator before planting potatoes to a milling depth sufficient to form a ridge of the required height. The optimum cultivation depth is 5 cm. If clods form at this depth or there is not enough loose soil to form a ridge of the required height, the cultivation should be carried out twice.
