Automatic Radio Direction Finder RDF 734 for Accurate Aircraft Positioning

Automatic direction finder RDF 734 (hereinafter - ARP) is designed for automatic measurement of bearing on the aircraft at the time of its short-term exit to communication (emission of carrier frequency signal) on the radio channel VHF-band. The bearing signal is formed relative to the location of the ADF antenna. When using a system of direction finders and transmitting information to a single control centre, each bearing is formed relative to its own receiving location.

The ADF shall include a set of spare equipment and accessories. Each ARP includes a set of operational documentation. Sealing of the product is made at shipment according to the operating manual for the beacon and devices included in the set RDF 734.
