Automatic Field Damping Switch AHP 30 for Reliable Circuit Control

AGP 30 is designed for commutation of excitation winding circuits of hydraulic generators, as well as damping the field of these machines. Climatic version UHL4 - areas with temperate and cold climate; O4 - all areas on land except for the area with a very cold climate. AGP 30 is designed to work in premises with artificially regulated climatic conditions in a vertical position, grid upwards at an altitude of up to 2000m above sea level. It consists of five main parts: base, main circuit contact system, arc extinguishing system, electromagnetic drive and auxiliary contacts. It is switched on when voltage is applied to the switching coil (AC) the anchor of the magnetic system of the switching device is attracted to the core and raises the crossbar of movable contacts to the upper position, it is switched off when voltage is applied to the disconnecting coil (DO) the solenoid retracts the core, and the latter with its striker knocks the lever of the latch from under the crossbar.
