Automatic Coagulometer AKM-37 for Reliable Plasma Hemostasis Analysis

Analyser is designed for automatic determination of quantitative indicators of plasma haemostasis. The target analytes for the analyser are factors of the plasma haemostasis system. The analyser allows to perform the following tests: using the clotting method - prothrombin time (PT, including calculation of the international normalised ratio - INR and prothrombin according to Quick), activated partial/partial thromboplastin time (APTT/APTV), fibrinogen, thrombin time, clotting factor VIII, clotting factor IX, protein C, lupus anticoagulant; using chromogenic method - antithrombin III, plasminogen; using immunoturbidimetric method - D-dimer. Functional purpose: diagnostics and monitoring of diseases and pathological conditions accompanied by changes in haemostasis parameters. The field of application of the analyser is in vitro diagnostics.
