Automated keg assembly line

PET keg assembly line works as follows:
- accepts the keg arriving by conveyor from the blowing machine;
- connects the fitting to the tube and inserts the resulting assembly into the keg;
- corks the keg;
- inflates the keg with inert gas or clean air;
- checks the tightness of the resulting keg.
The line disinfects the parts with ultraviolet light, which ensures bacteriological safety of kegs.

Automated keg assembly line consists of: device (unit) for assembling a fitting with a tube; device (unit) for corking kegs; device (unit) for keg inflation; device (unit) for leakage control.
1.Tube-fitting assembly unit (unit)
The unit of assembly of the fitting with the tube and its installation into keg provides automatic performance of the following operations:
-disinfects the tube and fitting with UV radiation
-presses the tube onto the fitting
-installs the assembled fitting with the tube into the keg.
Ready kegs with tube and fitting are loaded by the operator in the designated storage tanks.
