Description
The ASPPR stands are designed to reproduce the following physical quantities: mass concentration of sodium chloride (NaCl), chloride-, fluoride-, sulphate-, nitrate- ions, potassium ions, sodium ions, lithium ions, ammonia, hydrazine, dissolved oxygen and hydrogen in water, specific conductivity, pH and to supply them to the consumer in continuous and discrete modes.
Design features.
The principle of operation of ASPPR is based on the following methods of solution preparation:
- solutions of ions, sodium chloride, ammonia, hydrazine and specific conductivity are prepared in dynamics by continuous mixing of a stream of deionised (deoxygenated) water with a stream of concentrated aqueous solution of the component;
- solutions of gases (oxygen, hydrogen) are prepared in dynamics by establishing equilibrium between deionised (deoxygenated) water and the corresponding gas in the cavities of the membrane contactor;
- pH solutions are prepared by laboratory method from standard titres and are fed to the output in a continuous flow...
