Purpose: for measuring, reproducing, storing and transferring units of mass and/or volume of liquid in the flow, mass and/or volume flow rate of liquid. The working liquid is water. The principle of operation of the unit is volumetric-mass, based on reproduction of mass, volume of liquid in the flow, mass, volume flow rate of liquid, created by the device for supplying the working liquid (with the help of pumps), and measurement of flow rate and quantity of liquid in the flow by measuring instruments used in the unit as reference: weighing devices based on load cells or flow meters-counters of liquid.
