Description
The device is designed for controlled and assisted artificial ventilation (AVL), in operating theatres, intensive care units of medical institutions, as well as for use in simulation centres or educational institutions for training and practicing skills of AVL and respiratory support. The device provides ventilator and respiratory support for the following patient groups: Adults and children from 3kg. Newborns and infants from 0.2kg. The ventilator has an inbuilt turbine and does not require an external source of compressed air. A proximal flow sensor can be connected for neonatal respiratory support. There is a built-in exhalation valve, as well as the possibility of retrofitting the device with the function of monitoring the pressure in the cuff of the endotracheal tube. There is an automatic selection of the starting parameters of the ventilator when entering the body weight, taking into account the BMI (IBW) index and the patient's height.
