Apparatus-support D2400N, assembly unit of guiding apparatus with installed bushing.
Composition of the assembly: housing, sleeve.
Nominal flow rate 2400 bpd (382 m3/d).
Application: Pumping stage element with two functions. The main function is the function of the guiding apparatus serving for taking the liquid flow from the impeller, transforming the kinetic energy of the liquid flow into potential energy, bringing the liquid flow to the next impeller. Auxiliary function - sliding support of the pump shaft to reduce shaft vibrations in the radial direction perpendicular to the axis of rotation.
Diameter - 88,8 mm, height - 69,088 mm, Weight - 1,30 kg.
Body material - alloyed cast iron Niresist.
Material of bushings - tungsten carbide.
