Apparatus-support D1050N, assembly unit of guiding apparatus with installed bushing.
Composition of the assembly: housing, sleeve.
Nominal flow rate 1050 barrels per day (167 m3/d).
Application: Pumping stage element with two functions. The main function is the function of the guiding apparatus serving for taking the liquid flow from the impeller, transforming the kinetic energy of the liquid flow into potential energy, bringing the liquid flow to the next impeller. Auxiliary function - sliding support of the pump shaft to reduce shaft vibrations in the radial direction perpendicular to the axis of rotation.
Diameter - 88,8 mm, height - 62,02 mm. Weight - 1,35 kg.
Body material - alloyed cast iron Niresist.
Material of bushings - silicon carbide.
