Description
The anchor load cell (DNA) is designed to monitor forces occurring in ground anchor systems. It is used both for control of performed works and for long-term geotechnical monitoring, including in remote mode. DHA is a ring-shaped construction made of stainless steel 30mm thick.
Inside it has a cavity filled with working fluid and an overpressure sensor. When the anchor is tensioned, the structure deforms, the working fluid is forced into the cavity of the overpressure sensor, which records the load values in real time. DHAs can be assembled in a daisy chain of up to 20 pieces and connected by a signal cable to a data logger, which processes the digital signal, sets the frequency of data reading from the DHA and sends it to the data collection server.
The DNA nomenclature includes several sizes for anchors 70-164 mm with a force measurement range of 50 - 3000 kN.
