Amplifier detecting DTlite 5S1

The instrument is designed for the analysis of nucleic acid samples using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and real-time PCR detection of the accumulated product.
The instrument can be used for both qualitative and quantitative PCR for the following types of research:
-detection and quantification of pathogens
-Biocoenosis analysis
-genotyping
-Gene expression analysis
A wide range of kits with optimised protocols has been developed to work with the instrument and in addition there is a flexible algorithm for creating new protocols.
The instrument allows to perform up to 48 studies per run, has minimal dimensions for this class of equipment and is an optimal solution for laboratories with low throughput.
