Alpha-Amylase Activity Tester PЧП-3 for Grain Quality Control

CHP-3 is designed to control one of the quality indicators of grain, flour and other starch-containing products by determining the activity of alpha-amylase. The device implements a method based on rapid kleisterisation of aqueous suspension of flour in a boiling water bath and subsequent measurement of the degree of liquefaction of kleister under the action of alpha-amylase contained in the sample, according to the method of GOST 27676-88 and GOST ISO 3093-2016.

The PCP-3 device has a one-button "START/STOP" control system, which saves the user from unnecessary operations during operation. Calculation of the true fall number is also performed in automatic mode. Full automation of all functions in this type of apparatus is applied for the first time and allows interrupting and resuming the operation of the device at any stage of measurements.
